On the south side Picos, located above the village of Santa Barbara, the holiday house Casa Nova offers a beautiful view of the town and the Atlantic Ocean.
The house is divided into:
- Living room
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (1,60 m x 2,00 m)
- 2 bathrooms
- corridor
- Kitchen with dining area
In the living room, two more sleeps may be provided if required.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, towels and dishes. The dining table for 6 persons is large enough for a casual round.
The larger bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, the smaller bathroom shower, sink and toilet. Towels are provided.
The double beds in the bedrooms can also be made individually. If necessary, in the living room, two more sleeps can be created. Bed linen is also available.

The beautiful terrace invites you to relax. Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean and the volcanic influenced coast and plan the next day. You need ideas? Talk to us. We are always happy to help and advice.

The nature baths of Santa Barbara is located less than 5 min. by car. Additionally, there is the restaurant of the local sports club.
The county town of Lajes do Pico is only 5 minutes drive from the house. There you will find restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacy, whale-watching companies, bakers, a large supermarket and much more.
